1. Go to ‘Rewards’ 

  1. When the Customer Rewards tab is highlighted (blue), the following options are available: 

                

  1. Search Bar. This allows searching by reward name or merchant through the customers’ Rewards, and will provide results depending on which filter column is currently being viewed.    

  2. Filter Columns. Rewards can be altered according to their current status: All, Active, Inactive, Private, Sold Out and Ended. There will be a blue underline on the filter you are currently viewing (in the screenshot above, you can see that the underline is under “All”). This means that:

  • When the ALL status is underlined, you will be able to see ALL the customer’s Reward Vouchers that are currently in the system.

  • When the ACTIVE status is underlined, you will only see the customer’s Reward Vouchers that are currently in ACTIVE state, and the Search bar will only search for ACTIVE Rewards.

  • When the INACTIVE status is underlined, you will only see the customer’s Reward Vouchers that are currently in INACTIVE state, and the Search bar will only search for INACTIVE Rewards.

  • When the PRIVATE status is underlined, you will only see the customer’s Reward Vouchers that are currently in PRIVATE state, and the Search bar will only search for PRIVATE Rewards.

  • When the SOLD OUT status is underlined, you will only see the customer’s Reward Vouchers that are currently in SOLD OUT state, and the Search bar will only search for SOLD OUT Rewards.            

  • When the ENDED status is underlined, you will only see the customer’s Reward Vouchers that are currently in ENDED state, and the Search bar will only search for ENDED Rewards.
