Customers refer to the people who buy your goods or subscribe to your services. These are the people to whom you offer your Rewards, Catalogues, Campaigns, and Loyalty Program.
Instead of referring to customers via their full names, Player ID or personal information, DigiPay Perks refers to Customers as a Customer ID or MSISDN. These identification numbers are mapped to a corresponding Customer in the Digi CRM database / platform.
This is also why you cannot create a Customer Profile inside Digipay Perks. Instead, Customer Profiles are created automatically when new Customers access the MyDigi Rewards. New MyDigi Rewards users will have their account created in DigiPay Perks automatically once they visit the Shop section in MyDigi.
