Understanding Customer Voucher Status 

  1. Under ‘Customer Details’ page, scroll down to the bottom to view the ‘Customer Rewards’ section.

  2. Voucher Status will be display here: 

  1. ACTIVE Status - (from left to right) You’ll be able to see details about REWARD NAME, MERCHANT, DATE OF VOUCHER ISSUED to customer, VOUCHER VALIDITY START TO END DATE & REWARD ID 

  1. Redeemed Status - (from left to right) You’ll be able to see details about REWARD NAME, MERCHANT, REDEMPTION DATE, VOUCHER VALIDITY START TO END DATE & REWARD ID 

  1. Expired Status - (from left to right) You’ll be able to see details about REWARD NAME, MERCHANT, VOUCHER EXPIRED DATE , VOUCHER VALIDITY START TO END DATE & REWARD ID
